How It Works

1. Complete your Lifestyle Assessment Survey.

2. Complete your Metabolic Assessments (DXA, RMR and VO2). A completed RMR Analysis is required unless you are doing the ONLINE ONLY program.

3. Receive & Review your 60 Day Personalized Recommendation Plan with a coach.

4. Download and program your tracking app.

5. Start building a lifestyle you love with the support you need.

About The Program

This program includes a 60 Day Personalized Recommendation Plan, regular log monitoring, coaching, and guidance. It is divided into

TWO Stages:

Stage 1: Daily Guided Support (Learning the principles)

- Feedback on your daily food and activity log with swaps, suggestions and meal structure guidance 5 days per week.

- Weekly follow up sessions to re-cap your progress, victories and struggles.

- 30 Day Follow-up and plan revision.

Stage 2: Independent Supervision (Applying what you learned during the first 30 days)

-  Feedback on your daily food and activity log with swaps, suggestions and meal structure guidance 3 days per week.

- Weekly follow up sessions to re-cap your progress, victories and struggles.

- End of program follow-up.

*Purchase and completion of a RMR Analysis at minimum is required unless you are purchasing the ONLINE ONLY program.
