What Is The 8 Week Healthy Eating Reset Program?

It's an 8-week program designed to help you get on the right track with healthier eating while teaching you HOW to measure, track and plan your own meals out of the foods you love so you can have success for life*!

We provide you the educational material to study and a Two Week Menu to get you started. By week 3, you should be ready to apply what you've learned to create your own meals and finally reach your goals!

Each program includes:

  •  ONE Nutrition Basics Educational E-book that provides a detailed guide on how to properly weigh your food, use a tracking app, read nutrition labels, divide recipes and more!

  • A Two Week Menu with delicious recipes and grocery lists based on the plan you choose (lean protein or plant based) designed to reset your body and ease you into everything you're going to learn from the Nutrition Basics Educational E-book.

After following your Two Week Menu you will be ready to plan and prepare your own meals for the next 6-weeks and beyond!

Programs DO NOT include:
