Book Your Appointment
READ CAREFULLY. Follow the instructions below to complete the reservation process.

Step #1: Complete the Pre-Screening Form. This is required every time you book an appointment for DEXA & VO2Max services. Completing this step DOES NOT reserve an appointment. You must proceed to and complete Step #2.

Step #2: Book your appointment using the App (recommended) or the scheduling widget option below. Select the categories to review & reserve the service(s) you want and then it will show you available dates on the calendar. If you are booking more than one service you will have to book them separately if they are not already listed together. 
If the dates are greyed out, this means they are not available or already booked.

Be sure you have read and fully understood the Booking Rules before proceeding.

You will be required to enter your credit card information upon booking your appointment regardless of membership status or voucher purchase.
You will not be charged unless you violate our booking policy. You can read our booking policy here.
Once you arrive for your appointment, you will be asked if you'd like to change your payment method and may do so at that time.

To book an appointment, you must complete this medical clearance questionnaire EVERY TIME you reserve a DEXA Scan or VO2Max service regardless of New or Returning client status.
Please only submit 1 FORM per service date even if you are having more than one service on the same day.
Pre-Screening forms are valid up to 30 days prior to your scheduled appointment, so if you complete the pre-screening form for an appointment for 60 days ahead, you will need to complete it again closer to your appointment date.
(Please note that completing this survey DOES NOT reserve an appointment for you. You must complete Step #2 to reserve.)

RMR Analysis and VO2Max require 6 hours of fasting prior to testing. Please keep this in mind when scheduling. If you arrive to your appointment unprepared, you will be charged a $25 fee.
YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED to book appointments for another person UNLESS it is your minor child. Each person must have their OWN account. If you are looking to reserve consecutive times, please refer back to the Booking Rules page.
Any duplicate services booked under the same account on the same day will be immediately cancelled.

MEMBERS: Use any option or bundle option EXCEPT the New Client options to reserve your appointment, it will be taken from your package.
DISCOUNT CODE/VOUCHER USERS: Reserve any service or bundle option you like EXCEPT the New Client options.
All discounts will be issued when you arrive for your appointment at check out. (I.D. required for Professional Discount users)

*Please note that we do not have bilingual staff members. Clients looking to reserve an appointment with us must be able to read, speak and write fluently in the English language or bring an interpreter.
