*Please note that we DO NOT answer the phone while we are with clients. If you would like a callback, you are REQUIRED to leave a voicemail. All voicemails will receive a return call by the end of the business day. Please DO NOT keep calling until you get a staff member to answer, simply leave a message or send us a text message for faster response.

Book Your Appointment
READ CAREFULLY. Follow the instructions below to complete the reservation process.

Step #1: Complete the Pre-Screening Form. This is required every time you book an appointment for DEXA & VO2Max services. Completing this step DOES NOT reserve an appointment. You must proceed to and complete Step #2.

Step #2: Book your appointment using the App (recommended) or the scheduling widget option below. Select the categories to review & reserve the service(s) you want and then it will show you available dates on the calendar. If you are booking more than one service you will have to book them separately if they are not already listed together. 
If the dates are greyed out, this means they are not available or already booked.

Be sure you have read and fully understood the Booking Rules before proceeding.

To book an appointment, you must complete this medical clearance questionnaire EVERY TIME you reserve a DEXA Scan or VO2Max service regardless of New or Returning client status.
Please only submit 1 FORM per service date even if you are having more than one service on the same day.
Pre-Screening forms are valid up to 30 days prior to your scheduled appointment, so if you complete the pre-screening form for an appointment for 60 days ahead, you will need to complete it again closer to your appointment date.
(Please note that completing this survey DOES NOT reserve an appointment for you. You must complete Step #2 to reserve.)

IMPORTANT:
RMR Analysis and VO2Max require 6 hours of fasting prior to testing. Please keep this in mind when scheduling. If you arrive to your appointment unprepared, you will be charged a $25 fee OR your voucher will be marked as redeemed.
YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED to book appointments for another person UNLESS it is your minor child. Each person must have their OWN account. If you are looking to reserve consecutive times, please refer back to the Booking Rules page for instructions.
Any duplicate services booked under the same account on the same day will be immediately cancelled.

MEMBERS: Use any option or bundle option EXCEPT the New Client Offer Menu to reserve your appointment, it will be taken from your package.
DISCOUNT CODE/VOUCHER USERS: Reserve any service or bundle option you like EXCEPT  from the New Client Offer menu.
All discounts will be issued when you arrive for your appointment at check out. (I.D. required for Professional Discount users)


*Please note that we do not have bilingual staff members. Clients looking to reserve an appointment with us must be able to read, speak and write fluently in the English language or bring an interpreter.

If you are experiencing errors with reserving an appointment in the app OR in the widget below, please contact us via e-mail AFTER you have completed Step #1.
Please send us an EMAIL   after Step #1 is completed and we will be happy to reserve for you. Please include the date and time you wish to reserve.

SERVICE RESTRICTION NOTICE
Starting August 29, 2021 all VO2Max Fitness Assessments and packages containing VO2Max Fitness Assessments will be UNAVAILABLE for reservation until approximately November 12,2021.
These dates are subject to change. Please be aware that if you schedule a VO2Max in August 2021 there is a possibility that we may have to reschedule you to a later date in November due to staff availability.


 

PLEASE DO NOT USE YOUR APPLE ID TO SIGN IN OR CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO RESERVE AN APPOINTMENT.
Apple automatically encrypts your email address and this will prevent you from receiving important confirmation emails with testing preparation instructions.
