Once the dates and times are booked there will be no more dates opened up on the schedule. Appointments are first come first serve. If you do not see anything available on the schedule for these dates, it means that all spots have been reserved. Please do not call or email the office in an attempt to bypass the availability on the scheduler.
Step #1: Complete the Pre-Booking Screening Form. This must be done every time you come back from a DEXA or VO2Max service.
Step #2: Book your appointment using the drop down menu for the service(s) you want. If you are booking more than one service you will have to book them separately. (Excluding the Starter Pack option.)
Please make sure that you read the FAQ page for each service that you are interested in booking thoroughly prior to scheduling.
If you have been referred by one of our Wellness Professional Partners, if you have a discount voucher, or promotional code/deal, please book your appointment using the services in the drop-down menu in the scheduler and bring your voucher information to your appointment. You will not be charged to book an appointment even though the retail prices are displayed for our services when you reserve your appointment.
All discounts or vouchers will be applied at the time of your appointment.
You will be required to enter your credit card information upon booking your appointment regardless of membership status or voucher purchase.
You will not be charged unless you violate our booking policy. You can read our booking policyhere.
Once you arrive for your appointment, you will be asked if you'd like to change your payment method and may do so at that time.
IMPORTANT: You are NOT permitted to reserve an appointment, create an account, or sign a liability waiver for our facilities for anyone other than YOURSELF.
It is against the law to: 1.) Consent to a liability waiver for someone who is NOT: A) Your minor child, or B) Under your legal care or power of attorney to make decisions on their behalf. 2.) Provide medical or protected health information on anyone's behalf for someone who is NOT: A) Your minor child, or B) Under your legal care or power of attorney to make decisions on their behalf.
This also means that our staff members are not legally permitted to create an account and book an appointment for you, either.

To book a DEXA body composition or a VO2Max Cardio Fitness Assessment, you must complete this medical clearance questionnaire EVERY TIME you book an appointment.
(Please note that completing this screening form DOES NOT reserve an appointment for you. You must complete Step #2.)

How It Works:

2.) Select a date on the calendar and hit SEARCH.
3.) Choose a date and time that works for you.
RMR & VO2Max Assessments require you to be FASTED for 6 hours prior to the test. Please keep this in mind when scheduling.
YOU ARE NOT PERMITTEDto book appointments for another person. Each person must have their OWN account. Any duplicate services booked under the same account on the same day will be immediately cancelled.
If you take too long or come back to this page multiple times, you WILL receive an error.
BEFORE contacting us, make sure you:
1. DELETE your browser history.
