This is a 60 Day two-phase coaching support program that helps you build the lifestyle for the goals you want to reach while having the encouragement, evaluation and guidance you need.

Program Includes:

 

- ONE Lifestyle Assessment review & 8-Week Nutrition & Fitness Plan

- ONE RMR (Analysis) (not included in the ONLINE ONLY program)

- TWO FIT3D Laser Scans (not included in the ONLINE ONLY program)

- 8 WEEKS of a two-phase coaching support platform.

- Progress re-cap and exit strategy for success after the program.

About The Program

This program includes a 60 Day Personalized Recommendation Plan, regular log monitoring, coaching, and guidance. It is divided into

TWO Stages:

Stage 1: Daily Guided Support (Learning the principles)

- Feedback on your daily food and activity log with swaps, suggestions and meal structure guidance, acitivity check-ins 15 minutes 6 days per week.

- Weekly follow up sessions to re-cap your progress, victories and struggles.

Stage 2: Independent Supervision (Applying what you learned during the first 30 days)

-  Feedback on your daily food and activity log with swaps, suggestions and meal structure guidance 15-minutes 3 days per week.

- Weekly follow up sessions to re-cap your progress, victories and struggles.

End of Program

- 15-Minute Progress re-cap and exit plan for continuing your progress.
