4 Steps to Success in your first 30 days
Ease yourself into a healthier lifestyle by setting a goal for EACH WEEK to focus on!
Here's Coach Heather's 4 Steps to Success in your first 30 Days Checklist:
Step 1) Get a piece of paper, small calendar planner, app with reminders, etc.
Step 2) Write down 4 GOALS to reach in 30 days. (one for each week) Example: Week 1: Drink at least half my body weight in ounces of water each day
Week 2: Go to bed 1 hour earlier each night
Week 3: Walk at least 30 minutes per day, 5 days a week.
Week 4: Take a healthy lunch and two snacks to work with me every day.
Step 3) Focus on the goal for the week until you master it. DO NOT move on to the next goal until the previous one has been achieved. (even if you go over 30 days, this is OK!)
Step 4) Once you've reached the mastery of all 4 Goals, set a NEW 30 Day goal to combine ALL 4 GOALS, and meet them EACH WEEK.
