"Magic Foods" to Burn Fat Fast.

This is a question that we get a lot from our clients when we ask them why they are interested in our Assessments.

“ I want to know what foods will help me burn fat.”

Well we hate to disappoint you, but, there are no “magic foods” that can erase extended periods of daily poor lifestyle choices.

That Facebook or Google ad that you saw for an article that said “ 5 Foods That Will Erase Belly Fat Over Night” that required you to put in your email address in exchange for this “Golden Ticket” to burning fat was a straight up LIE.
You’ve been DUPED by the internet trolls. There is no such list.🤷🏼♀️

There ARE, however, “better FOR you” foods that will help you reach results at a faster pace than a trendy Fad Diet that has you drinking water, eating 300 calories per day, and absorbing sunlight to lose a few pounds.

These foods are called Whole Foods, and we aren’t talking about the trendy grocery store. In a very simplified explanation, Whole Foods are items that are minimally processed if at all. These are your lean meats, fresh fruit, vegetables, and ancient grains.
.
Frozen dinners, box dinners, hot dogs, fruits and vegetables in heavy sodium’s and syrups are NOT Whole Foods. Anything that says LOW FAT, LITE, or SUGAR FREE is not a Whole Food. It’s safe to say that if your box of rice has any more than 1 ingredient on the label then it is not a Whole Food.
