Start Where You Are As Often As Needed.
The best thing we can ever do for ourselves is just be REALISTIC about “where we are” :
This is the only way we can acknowledge issues, troubleshoot to create progress & move FORWARD.
You can’t change what happened yesterday, so STOP looking over your shoulder and penalizing yourself for everything that hasn’t gone “to plan” up to this point.
You must learn from your mistakes, frustrations & victories alike in order to make changes or stay consistent.
The only thing that you can control is what you do in the “here & now” moment that sets the tone for the future.
Step into better consistent habits by BEGINNING WHERE YOU ARE and being accountable for it.
It’s OK not to be OK, so long as you talk it out with someone who can help you.
It’s OK not to be perfect. Perfection is not realistic, but consistency is. Be consistent with your actions & intentions.
As long as you are actively working to be the best version of you, nobody can tell you that you’re “doing it wrong”.
You are a constant work in progress. There is no set time frame for when the best version of you needs to be completed.
